About the role

  • Lead all revenue-related accounting for the company’s home health, hospice, and home care services
  • Ensure accurate, compliant revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, CMS rules, and SOX 404
  • Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting for Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care programs
  • Own ASC 606 technical positions, policies, and revenue models
  • Approve monthly revenue entries, reconciliations, and reserves
  • Ensure accurate Medicare/Medicaid reporting
  • Build and maintain SOX-compliant revenue and billing controls
  • Lead and develop the revenue accounting team
  • Support M&A due diligence, integrations, and system conversions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
  • 8+ years progressive accounting experience, including 3+ in leadership
  • Strong ASC 606 and healthcare revenue expertise
  • Public company/SOX 404 experience
  • Knowledge of home health, hospice, and Medicaid/managed care reimbursement
