About the role
- Lead initiatives to help customers unlock insights from user feedback at scale for Pendo Listen
- Own key areas of the Pendo Listen roadmap, leading discovery and delivery of new features
- Become a subject matter expert and advocate for Pendo Listen; support vision, strategy, and roadmap development
- Conduct product discovery activities such as user interviews and leverage qualitative & quantitative data to identify and solve customer challenges
- Collaborate with engineers, UX designers and go to market teams to deliver new features from ideation through execution and launch
- Assess business and customer requirements, match requirements to objectives, and guide teams through execution and delivery
- Develop an understanding of the competition and ways to differentiate Pendo Listen
Requirements
- 5+ years of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product management (PM) experience
- Involvement in the end to end process of bringing new features to market (from inception to launch) in the B2B SaaS space
- Experience implementing or exposure to generative AI
- Previous experience with Pendo or other tools for product managers and their team
- Experience working with APIs or integrations
- Ability to work in the Sheffield office 3 days a week
