About the role
- Provide counseling to members weekly via text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls to monitor recovery progress
- Onboard users with an initial phone call and complete a multidimensional assessment to gather behavioral health history and symptoms
- Monitor member progress and offer therapeutic strategies to manage temptations and cravings
- Support and encourage members to establish and sustain motivation to change substance use
- Collaborate with other departments and provide feedback to the product development team
- Coordinate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams (coaches, physicians, nurses) and support MAT coordination
- Attend team meetings and case discussions as scheduled
- Maintain active licensure/certification in good standing
- Contribute to scaling the virtual clinic and improving member outcomes
Requirements
- Active IC&RC-recognized credential issued by the state board in NH, IA, or VT, in good standing (examples: NH: LADC or MLADC; IA: IAADC, IADC, or CADC; VT: LADC or ADC)
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years’ clinical experience delivering CBT/behavioral support for SUD
- Proficiency with MI/MET, MAT coordination, and Relapse Prevention
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary healthcare teams (coaches, physicians, nurses)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable in fast-moving environments; able to prioritize multiple, competing demands
- Technologically fluent; quick to learn new tools and platforms
- Uphold good standing with active license(s)/certification(s)
- Must be based in the United States and unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position
