Improve deployment reliability and reduce operational risk
Help modernize AWS infrastructure toward Kubernetes
Support whole Engineering organization building applications on top of EC2 and AWS
Own all aspects of the SDLC while striving to automate self-service wherever possible
Practice SRE, continuously improving observability and building with Infrastructure-as-Code

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go, with experience writing automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines.
Experience writing in a high-level programming language such as Typescript (Pulumi/AWS CDK)
Experience working with Amazon Web Services and a solid understanding of networking concepts such as VPCs, DNS, TLS, load balancing, and VPNs.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including the ability to troubleshoot cluster-related issues within EKS.
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (GitHub Actions, Codefresh, or GitLab CI a plus)
