About the role

  • Develop and execute email campaigns to drive lead generation and support market growth.
  • Build automated customer journeys, email templates, and lead capture forms (Form Assembly).
  • Set up CRM campaigns and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
  • Maintain quality across email delivery—branding, accessibility, content best practice, and customer journeys.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and automation.
  • Deliver training on email platforms and promote best-practice use of segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards, maintaining clean, accurate email data.
  • Collaborate with UK and International marketing teams to meet KPI goals and provide regular reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
  • Strong expertise in Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Form Assembly, and UTM set-up.
  • Skilled in building automation journeys, email templates, and A/B tests.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to support marketing, sales, and tech teams.
  • Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for digital innovation.
