About the role
- Develop and execute email campaigns to drive lead generation and support market growth.
- Build automated customer journeys, email templates, and lead capture forms (Form Assembly).
- Set up CRM campaigns and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement.
- Maintain quality across email delivery—branding, accessibility, content best practice, and customer journeys.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and automation.
- Deliver training on email platforms and promote best-practice use of segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards, maintaining clean, accurate email data.
- Collaborate with UK and International marketing teams to meet KPI goals and provide regular reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in email marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation.
- Strong expertise in Pardot and/or Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Form Assembly, and UTM set-up.
- Skilled in building automation journeys, email templates, and A/B tests.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
- Experience with digital analytics tools and conversion rate optimisation.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support marketing, sales, and tech teams.
- Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for digital innovation.
