About the role
- Take on many different types of interest from internal stakeholders relating to customers’ experience
- Understand the enquiry, ask questions and collaborate with departments to investigate issues
- Take ownership of customer enquiries to deliver positive outcomes
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to avoid customer issues in the future
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Input accurate customer information into the database
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Familiar with various training tools and models; understanding of learning styles preferred
- Effective problem-solving skills

- Strong organization skills
