About the role

  • Source, qualify, and coordinate affiliate publishers, editorial sites, blogs, and media partners
  • Lead outreach and communication with publishers regarding article placements, brand features, and affiliate content
  • Own day-to-day messaging with publishers covering placements, content requirements, links, commissions, and timelines
  • Coordinate and execute affiliate campaigns across Levanta and Wayward
  • Support and manage paid article placements and commission-based publishing partnerships
  • Onboard new publisher partners, ensuring correct affiliate tracking, links, and commission setup
  • Review live articles to ensure brand accuracy, proper positioning, and correct Amazon link routing
  • Monitor publisher placements for compliance and performance
  • Maintain accurate tracking of affiliate performance, commissions, and margins in Google Sheets
  • Track publisher-driven Amazon revenue and flag optimization or scale opportunities
  • Support evaluation of publisher performance to inform scaling, pausing, or renegotiation decisions
  • Collaborate closely with the Affiliate Manager to execute and optimize publisher-led affiliate initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience working with publishers, editorial sites, blogs, or media platforms
  • Familiarity with content publishing and article-based brand placements
  • Strong experience with outreach, messaging, and partner coordination
  • Understanding of performance-based partnerships and commission structures
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-driven, results-accountable environment
