About the role
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for select members of the Executive Team
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related expense processing
- Plan and execute internal team events, offsites, social gatherings, and executive roadshows
- Support external meetings, guest visits, conferences, and related logistics
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across teams and seniority levels
- Provide NYC office support: mail distribution, guest reception, shipping/printing, etc.
- Provide on-the-ground support during large-scale events as needed
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience working as a team coordinator, executive assistant or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English
- Excellent proficiency using Google Suite of products (mail, docs and calendar)
- Extremely resourceful - someone who can independently solve problems and create solutions
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Skilled in relationship building with a high sense of integrity
- A good teammate and team player
