About the role

  • Shape early sales motion as Founding SDR and build outbound engine from ground up
  • Prospect, engage leads, and book meetings primarily via cold calling, personalized emails, social selling, and bespoke outbound strategies
  • Own the prospecting process from end-to-end, including tooling and lead sourcing
  • Research and identify high-value prospects
  • Write short, sharp, tailored emails that cut through the noise
  • Make high-volume, high-quality cold calls to target buyers
  • Test creative outreach strategies (video, voice notes, social, etc.)
  • Book qualified meetings to hand off to sales team
  • Represent Advex at select industry conferences and trade shows
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Hubspot
  • Work closely with the founders to build and evolve outbound initiatives

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience in a sales or outbound role
  • Passion and experience in AI, manufacturing, computer vision, or machine learning
  • Comfortable with modern sales tools (Hubspot, Apollo, SalesNav, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication — concise, clear, confident
  • Creative thinker with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Resilient, driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Looking to grow a long-term career in sales — and eager to earn it!
