About the role
- Manage and create proposal responses to RFPs and new business presentations in partnership with subject matter experts and agency leadership
- Lead new business meetings and support pricing/proposal development with internal resources
- Organize and maintain a central content library of new business materials (credentials, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, etc.)
- Oversee internal pipeline tracking, including go/no-go pitch process and outreach management
- Develop and execute the agency marketing plan, ensuring alignment with RP3’s business strategy
- Manage content across channels- website, social media, newsletters, earned media, and events ensuring consistent, compelling brand messaging
- Partner with creative, media, and technology teams to produce and publish content
- Support agency visibility by leading marketing events, award entries, and thought leadership initiatives
- Own project timelines, meeting coordination, and resource allocation for all marketing and business development initiatives
- Manage cross-functional teams — executive leadership, strategists, creatives, PR, freelancers, and vendors to deliver high-quality work on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to track outreach and client engagement
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within an agency
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills — ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling storytelling
- Expert-level skills in Google Slides for design and formatting of decks and presentations
- Proficiency across the broader Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Apollo, and Winmo a plus
- Working knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and curiosity in leveraging AI to enhance content creation, research, and workflow efficiency
- Creative problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude and willingness to wear many hats
