About the role

  • Drive significant revenue growth by cultivating deep, strategic, and long-term relationships within our largest global pharmaceutical accounts.
  • Serve as the senior customer-facing representative for critical global accounts, developing strategies to drive global adoption and upsell opportunities.
  • Drive business development and client engagement across UK pharmaceutical affiliates to win new logos.
  • Build enduring trust with senior decision-makers (Commercial Ops VPs, Global IT Heads, and Brand Leaders) across Europe.
  • Align the organization behind your client's vision and prepare the market for the launch of our massive new product in 2026.
  • Work alongside our Data and Product teams to ensure our roadmap stays miles ahead of legacy competitors.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with a proven track record in Director-level BD or Strategic Account roles selling to Life Science enterprises.
  • The Network: A strong existing network within Commercial Operations, IT, or Marketing at major pharmaceutical companies is a massive plus.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable leading high-stakes discussions with executive teams and have a curious mindset.
  • The "Builder" and "Hunter" Mentality: You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a "hands-on" environment and is keen to build a company, not just manage a territory.
  • Mobility: Based in the UK with a willingness to travel across the region and Europe for face-to-face engagement.
