Account Manager

• Act as the primary and independent client contact for the full 12-month licence period
• Run kick-off meetings, align on scope, objectives and success metrics
• Translate client briefs into clear internal direction for the delivery team
• Oversee the development of bespoke HCP intelligence platforms
• Ensure accurate analysis of HCPs using publicly available evidence linked at individual level
• Guide prioritisation, segmentation and scoring frameworks (clinical, scientific, digital) aligned with client strategy
• Support delivery of the platform and lead onboarding discussions thereafter
• Drive ongoing engagement post-delivery to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform
• Identify additional needs, optimisation opportunities and organic growth within accounts
• Contribute to account planning, forecasting and KPI tracking
• Proactively identify risks or gaps and propose solutions
• Support or lead RFIs/RFPs and contribute to pitch activity where required
• Attend client meetings in the UK and Europe as needed
