Gain or enhance expertise in the core technologies driving banking and brokerage to effectively address and anticipate customer needs.
Remain actively involved in the post-sales process, continually engaging with customers to refine and optimize the deployment of solutions based on evolving needs.
Lead detailed architecture discussions, design complex solutions, and guide customers through successful infrastructure operations.
Act as the technical advocate for customers within Apex, translating complex customer requirements to the engineering and product teams to inform product development.
Serve as the technical spokesperson for Apex in field interactions, confidently presenting technical concepts to both technical teams and C-suite executives.
Ensure that Apex’s product roadmaps align effectively with both current and prospective customer requirements, advocating for necessary changes or enhancements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required
3+ years of related industry experience, preferably in a technical solutions role within financial services, technology, or a related sector.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS) preferred.
Experience in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++, or Go preferred
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is highly beneficial.
