Accounting Manager

• Own the full accounting cycle for projects and office — AP, AR, payroll, cash flow — ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation, and internal policies.
• Partner closely with operations to drive financial performance, including forecasting, recoveries, and reconciliations.
• Deliver reliable, timely reporting (monthly, year-end, and ad hoc) and provide clear insights to support decision-making.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on financial results, identify discrepancies, and drive resolutions.
• Support planning cycles and contribute to strategic financial reviews at the district level.
• Manage cash flow and financial controls, recommending improvements where needed.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and compliant (insurance, bonding, statutory declarations, lien waivers).
• Proactively identify and communicate financial, compliance, and project risks to the project team and management.

Customer Support

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
• District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
• Delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
• Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
• Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.

• Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required
• Collaborates with project management and project stakeholders to achieve positive project outcomes
• Consults with all project managers and superintendents to review the impacts and mitigation measures on master schedules
• Coaches the project team on schedule requirements in the contract documents
• Ensures the contract requirements are adequately considered in the schedule
• Develops strategy on change management for project teams to implement
• Develops time impact analysis on contract changes and project impacts
• Coordinates all relevant project schedules and prepares proposal schedules based on contract documents project metrics
• Works with Virtual Design team to develop 4D schedules
• Oversees the creation of 2D visual and 4D graphic schedules
• Prepares schedule updates/revisions as well as monthly progress reports in accordance with contract documents
• Reviews and communicates both the estimating and project schedules to the project team and district staff
• Monitors check-ins with schedulers to determine the actual construction progress
• Monitors project progress against baseline and provides delay and time impact analyses
• Develops and maintains detailed resource and cost-loaded construction schedules for projects
• Facilitates the planning and scheduling process through various construction phases (preconstruction, construction, system completions, commissioning, etc.)
• Manages schedule scope changes in alignment with contract requirements
• Conducts schedule analysis for constructability, risks and opportunities
