About the role

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
  • Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver growth.
  • Define optimal sales force structure.
  • Hire and develop sales staff.
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives.
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements.
  • Onboard new merchants for offline solutions and service existing merchants, maintaining relationships with PSU / Oil Marketing Companies.
  • Handle assigned territory for Oil and Gas merchants (petrol, gas stations, retail businesses).

Requirements

  • Graduation is a must.
  • Experience in sales and similar roles.
  • Experience of loyalty business.
  • Set and track sales targets for the team.
  • Review of Sales Team.
  • Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
  • Will be handling assigned territory for Oil and Gas.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Optional).
  • Graduation/ Post Graduation preferred.
