About the role

  • Lead and support strategic initiatives that drive organizational efficiency, innovation, and growth
  • Support senior leaders in defining and documenting objectives and key results (OKRs)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture data on friction points and perform root-cause analysis
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate adoption of transformation initiatives through effective communication
  • Work closely with functional leads to track integration milestones
  • Lead or support the acquisition integration office

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or SQL
  • Expertise in transformation methodologies and change management
  • Experience of working with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in M&A integration processes and operational alignment.
