About the role
- Partner with senior leaders to understand investment priorities
- Monitor portfolio delivery performance against key performance indicators
- Track allocation of resources and budget across programs and projects
- Establish governance standards for portfolio-level risk management
- Deliver executive facing portfolio updates and insights
- Define and implement consistent portfolio delivery standards
- Partner closely with Product Leads, Technology Leads, and other cross functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems) or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- 10+ years of experience in program or portfolio management or related experience across diverse business domains, required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic portfolios encompassing multiple high-impact programs.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- PMP, PfMP, or equivalent professional qualification, highly preferred.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or other technology-driven financial services, ideally with exposure to global payment methods and compliance frameworks, is strongly preferred.
