- Develop and articulate a clear, compelling vision and strategy for the business operations of aligned organization.
- Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.

Requirements
- 12+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Broad, cross-functional expertise spanning customer insights, pricing, segmentation, GTM, product development, and business economics
- Strong operational rigor with the ability to structure ambiguity, synthesize complex data, and translate strategy into measurable OKRs
- Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to craft executive narratives and deliver high-impact presentations
