- Supports the delivery of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Responsible for leading complex workstreams or mid-to-large scale programs
- Driving measurable progress, mitigating risk, and enabling executive visibility
- Manage day-to-day collaboration and frequent interfacing with senior leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lead planning and execution of complex programs or major workstreams
- Partner with business leaders, functional teams, and stakeholders
- Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and working sessions
- Maintain program documentation, RAID logs, financial tracking, and reporting artifacts
