Drive revenue growth and global market expansion by identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, channels, and opportunities
Lead negotiation with external partners and engage cross-functional colleagues to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships
Develop and execute overall business strategy to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and market expansion opportunities
Influence product and business levers (such as pricing and FX) to maximize revenue and market expansion opportunities
Engage closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to drive the architectural runway and determine technical implementation/design
Represent the end customer to drive effective prioritization and decision-making
Collaborate and influence product outcomes across Engineering, Operations, Risk, Legal, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, and Banking Partners
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related field; MBA or master’s degree is a plus
4–6 years of experience in product analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or growth roles (preferably fintech, payments, or remittances)
Comfortable analyzing large data sets to uncover insights and recommend actions
Understanding of digital payments and cross-border remittances, particularly in Latin America
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Results-oriented with a growth mindset and attention to detail
