About the role
- Provide technical implementation support and strategic guidance for advertising products, measurement solutions, and programmatic integrations
- Consult with prospects to handle technical product questions and provide guidance
- Collaborate with Product Team to gather and refine requirements for new features
- Implement collateral materials to communicate and educate clients
- Execute RFPs, Statements of Works, and Proposals
- Present competitive analysis and suggest improvements
- Act as main technical point of contact for clients and set up test accounts
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide technical support and ensure platform adoption and integration
- Collaborate with technical teams including DSPs, SSPs, attribution platforms, and measurement partners
- Support advertiser integrations with PayPal Ads APIs, measurement partners, and programmatic platforms
- Manage technical relationships with AdTech partners and measurement platforms
- Provide technical documentation and implementation guides
- Improve technical processes and develop tools, workflows, and automation
- Perform technical triage and escalation of high-priority issues
- Maintain deep technical expertise across ad tech
- Support campaign troubleshooting including discrepancy analysis and measurement validation
- Liaise with Product and Engineering to provide feedback on platform improvements
- Develop technical specifications for new advertising products and partner integrations
- Train internal teams on technical aspects and drive adoption of measurement solutions
- Support data clean room implementations and audience extension strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech/MarTech with deep understanding of programmatic advertising, attribution platforms, and measurement technologies
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis tools and platforms
- Proven experience with advertising technology platforms including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and programmatic ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with attribution platforms, measurement partners, and advertising analytics tools
- Strong technical problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of AdTech fundamentals including ad serving, programmatic operations, audience targeting, and campaign measurement
- Experience with API integrations and technical implementations for advertising and measurement platforms
- Understanding of privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and cookieless measurement approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and external technology partners
