About the role
- Serve as primary liaison between commercial business units and IT, managing stakeholder engagement and program leadership
- Manage priorities, roadmaps, and delivery for multiple enterprise projects
- Analyze and optimize sales operations, customer relationship management, supply chain, and inventory management processes
- Lead master data management governance and execution across commercial and supply chain domains; define standards, integration rules, and quality controls across CRM and F&O platforms
- Design and deploy workflow automations and applications using Microsoft Power Platform; develop dashboards and reporting tools
- Manage and support credit card processing platform ensuring PCI compliance; oversee sales tax management solution for compliance and audit readiness
- Deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, data quality, and compliance through enterprise initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proven experience in Master Data Management and governance
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform for automation
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and F&O
- Familiarity with CPQ systems
- Experience managing payment processing (PCI compliance)
- Experience with sales tax management solutions
- Strong working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with API integration (RESTful APIs)
- Proficiency with Office 365 applications, including advanced Excel and SharePoint Online
