About the role
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of a hybrid Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environment
- Shape digital workplace strategy to enable collaboration, productivity, and user experience across a global workforce
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's network and security infrastructure
- Architect and integrate networks across multiple business units and diverse cloud environments
- Champion Infrastructure as Code to automate and maintain infrastructure consistency and scalability
- Oversee configuration, deployment, and management of F5 LTMs and ASMs for application delivery and security
- Create and implement strategies for integrating cloud VPCs, interconnects, and direct connects
- Collaborate with IT leadership, Security, Compliance, Change Management, and support teams to deliver hybrid productivity suite ecosystem
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience designing, implementing, and governing hybrid Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (M365) environments
- Lead configuration, maintenance, and optimization of network and security infrastructure
- Architect and integrate networks across multiple business units and diverse cloud environments
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code processes
- Experience configuring, deploying, and managing F5 Local Traffic Managers (LTMs) and Advanced Security Modules (ASMs)
- Experience integrating cloud VPCs, interconnects, and direct connects
- Ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance network scalability and resilience
- Experience partnering with infrastructure, application, security, Compliance, Change Management, and end-user support teams
