About the role
- Lead interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to uncover business challenges, goals, and process inefficiencies
- Use structured elicitation techniques (brainstorming, journey mapping, prioritisation exercises) to drive clarity and consensus
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for PowerApps solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support deployment activities
- Provide training and documentation for end-users
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using Power Platform tools
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution architecture and professional development initiatives
Requirements
- Experience leading interactive client workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities
- Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for Microsoft Power Apps
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Strong knowledge/exposure to Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and process flows
- Based in Ireland and available for occasional travel to client sites
