About the role
- Leads large and complex cross-functional and cross-organizational recruiting projects and programs with high visibility
- Designs, evaluates, and selects process and service improvements based on thorough understanding of business needs and industry trends
- Develops new procedures, processes, and standards for Talent Acquisition to improve operating effectiveness, creating better candidate experience and efficiency in recruiting process
- Identifies and resolves unique situations of substantial significance, requiring conceptual and creative thinking to develop solutions to complex problems with broad impact on the business;
- Leverages knowledge of external trends and evolving practices to guide decisions and make recommendations on how trends may be operationalized at PayPal
- Viewed as a key advisor and influencer of overall Talent Acquisition strategy
- Strong influence on how PayPal identifies and invests in talent pipeline
- Proactively identifies and participates in the resolution of complex problems that impact the direction of PayPal’s talent pipeline and candidate experience
- Develops and delivers innovative strategies that benefit hiring managers
- Leads major projects which impact Talent Acquisition or assigned business unit
- Collaborates with customers, peers, account leaders and internal and external partners
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
