About the role
- Act as first-line support for operational requests.
- Resolve standard tickets independently and escalate more complex topics in a structured way.
- Ensure response and resolution timelines are met in line with internal SLAs.
- Support client implementation projects and approved change requests, coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies with guidance from senior team members.
- Support and facilitate weekly customer project calls, providing clear status updates and agreed next steps.
- Maintain accurate implementation, change, and audit documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong interest in payments, fintech, and regulated environments.
- Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and following structured processes.
- Customer-oriented, reliable, and clear communicator.
- Able to manage operational topics independently and escalate effectively when needed.
- Fluent in English and French.
