About the role

  • Act as first-line support for operational requests.

  • Junior to early-career profile with a strong operational and execution mindset.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and following structured processes.
  • Customer-oriented, reliable, and clear communicator.
  • Able to manage operational topics independently and escalate effectively when needed.
  • Fluent in English and French.
