Own and manage the portfolio of existing POS agencies
Build trust and strengthen relationships with current agencies
Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product suite
Formalise and execute regular business reviews (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly)
Act as the primary point of contact between agencies and Paynovate
Track agency performance, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Collaborate internally within the Sales team, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams
Identify gaps or underperforming agencies, and recommend improvements
Onboard 2-3 new strategic agencies in the first 12 months
Requirements
4 years of experience in account management, channel/partner management, or similar roles (ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services - SaaS also considered)
Proven ability to grow revenue via upsells and cross-sales
Able to engage and motivate distributors, resellers, and integrators toward shared goals
Experience structuring account reviews and performance tracking
Comfortable using CRM software (HubSpot experience a plus)
Clear communicator, able to manage diverse stakeholders
Independent, proactive, and process-driven
Fluency in Dutch, English and French
Any other European language is an added value
