About the role
- Define strategy, objectives and KPIs for inventory, logistics and asset utilization
- Manage the complete lifecycle of payment/POS equipment, repairs, reverse logistics, vehicle fleet and office assets
- Optimize inventory levels, forecast demand and analyze trends by SKU and asset
- Oversee repair and refurbishment programs to maximize asset value
- Manage suppliers, logistics providers and third-party repair partners
- Conduct inventory reconciliations, reporting and variance analysis across all sites
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives for asset management
- Coach and develop the Inventory/Logistics team
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Accounting to ensure alignment and reporting accuracy
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Logistics or a related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in inventory management, asset management or supply chain leadership
- Experience managing multi-site inventories, repair programs and vehicle fleets
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
- Supply Chain certification (CPIM, APICS) is an asset
- Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented with collaborative leadership skills
