About the role
- install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain systems, infrastructure, middleware, and networking components
- provide technical support during critical and non-critical business hours
- perform incident resolution, patching, configuration changes, and infrastructure upgrades

Requirements
- master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- exposure on technologies like Git, Artifactory, ServerSpec, Foreman, Puppet and Ansible
- exposure to latest technologies from Cisco, Dell/EMC, Docker, VMware, Red Hat (OpenShift) and Microsoft (Hyper-V)
- effectively communicate with the team, partners, and leaders
