Platform Engineer

• Design agentic data interfaces that let AI agents discover, understand, and safely use data products.
• Build MCP-compatible endpoints, tools, and APIs for governed AI/data access.
• Develop data agents that reason over metadata, semantics, contracts, policies, and data outputs.
• Make data products AI-ready across SQL, documents, vectors, graphs, APIs, and semantic models.
• Build safe query and action flows with access checks, policy enforcement, approvals, and audit trails.
• Work on retrieval, semantic search, tool selection, context construction, and answer grounding.
• Define reusable patterns for agent-readable metadata, structured outputs, observability, and evaluation.

Principal AI Platform Engineer

• Own and evolve the developer experience across all product engineering teams: tooling standards, AI harness integration, deployment pipelines, and governance model.
• Define and enforce platform engineering standards that enable engineering teams to ship faster and at a higher quality bar.
• Drive adoption of AI-native SDLC practices across the organization, partnering with engineering managers to measure and improve development velocity.
• Build and lead the Platform Engineering team, including a Senior Platform Engineer and SRE/DevOps Lead.
• Develop engineering talent and establish the culture of the platform function — reliability, craftsmanship, automation-first thinking.
• Own the reliability posture of the platform: uptime SLOs, on-call frameworks, incident response standards, and postmortem culture.

Director of Platform Engineering

• Design and implement our greenfield ML platform 10Xing the Data Science team’s impact
• Work closely with Data Scientists to understand their development needs
• Work closely with Stakeholders to understand the business problems driving model deployments and how models can augment their workflows
• Assess and integrate cutting-edge software and practices in Data Science and MLOps.

ML Platform Engineer

• Operate and support Jama Connect in an enterprise-scale, including administration, troubleshooting, and user enablement via a ticket-driven support model.
• Configure and maintain Jama Connect projects: item types, workflows, relationship rules, baselines, review/approval flows, permissions, and project templates.
• Respond to user requests and incidents (access provisioning, defects, performance/usage issues), providing clear guidance and driving issues to resolution with internal partners and vendors as needed.
• Deliver platform improvements, including new capabilities, process standardization, and usability enhancements that improve engineering outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and enhance integrations between Jama Connect and adjacent toolchains (e.g., issue tracking, test management, source control, CI/CD) using REST APIs and scripting/automation.
• Troubleshoot integration failures end-to-end (authentication, data mapping, event timing, API limits), implement fixes, and improve monitoring/operability to reduce recurring incidents.
• Plan and execute data migrations, cleanup, and standardization efforts (field normalization, duplicate reduction, hierarchy/relationship repair) to improve data quality and reporting reliability.
• Support data exchange activities using ReqIF (import/export), including migrations, supplier/customer interchange, and troubleshooting data/relationship fidelity.
• Develop reporting and information radiators that improve traceability transparency for program teams and leadership (coverage, status, gaps, risk/aging), with an emphasis on actionable insights.
• Contribute to governance: define and maintain standards, templates, best practices, and change-management practices that scale across a large engineering organization.

ALM Platform Engineer

• Provide the lifecycle support of the compute and storage platforms

• Contribute as individual contributor and mentor within the Cloud Platform Engineering team
• Design, build, and maintain automated infrastructure using Terraform and AWS services
• Develop advanced pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• Design frameworks aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and security standards

• Involved in all aspects of Cloud technology for the Contact Center including but not limited to: design and development of products, features, unit testing, code reviews and resolving bugs that are discovered in the QA process.
• Work in both test and development production environments and be responsible for creating and implementing change control tickets.
• Design, implement, and maintain a modern, cloud native application and platform.
• Improve and uphold technical standards for development and operations. This includes coding standards and department best practices.
• Pilot new technologies and adopt emerging ideas from the industry.
• Design, and implement scalable NICE CXone solutions including ACD, IVR, Auto Dialer, OMNI Channel, CXOne Studio, Interaction Analytics, WFM, CRM Integrations, Live Vox dialer, Medallia surveys and Auto Attendant.
• Hands on experience with developing custom scripts and integrations using NICE CXone Studio.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot API-based integrations and web services.
• Program using languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python to enhance NICE CXone solutions.
• Conduct Unit/system testing and validation to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions.

CXOne Platform Engineer

• Designs, implements, and owns enterprise collaboration platforms such as Zoom or Google Workspace to meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements
• Identifies systemic gaps and opportunities to improve resiliency, performance, and user experience
• Defines and enforces platform architecture and technical standards, influencing design decisions across network, security, identity, and end-user computing teams
• Ensures alignment with enterprise controls including firewall/proxy rules, certificates/TLS, conditional access, logging, and monitoring
• Leads end-to-end implementation initiatives, including requirements gathering, solution design, pilot execution, production rollout, and operational handoff
• Manages change control processes and provides post-deployment support
• Evaluates platform capabilities, vendor offerings, and roadmaps with consideration for security, compliance, scalability, availability, and user experience
