Business Development Executive / Sales Executive

Risk

• Support and enhance compliance programs related to privacy, data protection, marketing compliance, AI governance, and broader data management initiatives.
• Provide guidance on the collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of personal data across products, services, and internal business processes.
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of privacy policies, procedures, standards, templates, and related documentation.
• Maintain and update Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), working closely with Information Security and operational teams to document new and modified processing activities.
• Conduct privacy reviews and assessments as part of supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract renewal processes.
• Support responses to customer privacy and compliance questionnaires, audits, and due diligence requests.
• Create and maintain customer-facing privacy documentation, notices, disclosures, and materials explaining our privacy and data protection practices.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure compliance with privacy requirements related to websites, cookies, tracking technologies, consent management, and marketing campaigns.
• Advise on privacy and compliance considerations for data management, data governance, and information lifecycle initiatives.
• Support the negotiation and review of privacy, data protection, confidentiality, and security provisions in customer, supplier, and partner agreements.
• Assist with Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), transfer impact assessments, and other privacy risk assessments.
• Monitor developments in global privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and data-related regulations, and help implement necessary updates to policies, processes, and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify privacy risks and develop practical, business-oriented solutions.

Privacy & Data Governance Specialist

Implementation Specialist

• Own and evolve our cross-border payments offering across India and APAC, and other key markets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build scalable, secure payment flows.
• Integrate and manage rails such as ACH, SEPA, Visa Direct, RTP, and local payment systems.
• Drive product decisions using market insights, regulatory requirements, and partner feedback.
• Act as the subject matter expert on regional payment ecosystems and customer needs.
• Drive Client and Partner Implementations, set up and configurations to completion.

Project Manager

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build scalable, secure payment flows.

Project Manager, Implementation

Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and external partners
• Investigate, research, analyze payments networks documentation/specifications and document business requirements based on those.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Act as the primary liaison between business, product, and engineering teams
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement alignment meetings
• Ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities across teams
• Support the design and implementation of funds and payment flows, related to integration to Payment Networks, such as: ACH, Fedwire, RTP, SEPA and other international payment rails
• Collaborate with engineering on integration requirements with banks, partners, and third-party providers (Payment Networks and Clearing Institutions)
• Oversee and own full implementation cycle (features and integrations) with Documentation & Delivery
• Create and maintain: Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Functional Specifications (FSDs)
• Process flows and diagrams
• Support development teams during implementation by clarifying requirements and validating deliverables
• Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations
• Perform features/solutions Demo to internal and external stakeholders/clients.
• Analyze current workflows and propose scalable, efficient solutions
• Drive standardization of business analysis practices and documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of product and operational processes
