Business Development Executive / Sales Executive
PayAllBusiness Development Executive responsible for developing new relationships and expanding existing accounts in fintech. Engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise environments to deliver growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned region
- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline of enterprise clients
- Engage with senior decision-makers within financial institutions
- Lead consultative discussions that translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value
- Develop and execute territory strategies
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise opportunities
- Drive deals through long and structured sales cycles
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term partnership success
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Stay closely aligned with market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics in the fintech and payments space
- Deliver against ambitious growth and revenue targets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships ideally within fintech, payments, banking technology, or related financial services sectors
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals
- Strong understanding of financial infrastructure, cross-border payments, or banking systems
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives in regulated industries
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience across international markets particularly in regions such as Latin America, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the United States
- Existing networks within financial institutions or fintech ecosystems will be a strong advantage.
