First point of contact providing advice and technical support to UK customers.
Deliver accurate technical product support to UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
Handle sales or returns process requests.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues in a timely manner.
Work closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.
Be hands on with products and technology from day one.
