About the role

  • First point of contact providing advice and technical support to UK customers.
  • Deliver accurate technical product support to UK installers or customers via phone, email, or webchat.
  • Handle sales or returns process requests.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve installation issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with other teams within Paxton to trial and test new products or features.
  • Be hands on with products and technology from day one.
