General Counsel

• As Senior Legal Counsel / Corporate Counsel (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of our internal operations.
• You will be the legal engine supporting our clients as if we were their in-house legal department, while offering the flexibility and specialization of an external service provider.
• You will operate on two levels: for our clients and within our company.
• You will help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard agreements, knowledge bases and templates.
• You will be actively involved in shaping our service architecture, including how we onboard, manage and scale engagements.

Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Counsel, SaaS & M&A

• You are the legal engine who accompanies our clients as if we were their in‑house legal department
• You build trust, lead negotiations, manage contracts, data protection, compliance and other legal areas
• You help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard contracts, knowledge bases and templates
• You contribute ideas on how to improve our work processes, tools and interfaces
• You are actively involved in shaping our service architecture
