About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As Senior Legal Counsel / Corporate Counsel (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of our internal operations.
You will be the legal engine supporting our clients as if we were their in-house legal department, while offering the flexibility and specialization of an external service provider.
You will operate on two levels: for our clients and within our company.
You will help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard agreements, knowledge bases and templates.
You will be actively involved in shaping our service architecture, including how we onboard, manage and scale engagements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

First state law exam (Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen) or equivalent qualification (e.g. Master in Business Law) with above-average grades
At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a legal department or in-house environment
Experience in contract law, data protection, and compliance; experience in employment law and corporate law is a plus
Interest in process optimization, tools and automation
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and strong communication skills
German (C2) and fluent English
