Drive global product marketing initiatives across five business units; collaborate with product leads, regional marketing teams, and sales enablement experts
Co-develop integrated marketing plans aligned with company OKRs in partnership with the Product Marketing Director
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market research and positioning
Own end-to-end campaign strategy and performance reporting, ensuring clear ROI communication across stakeholders
Act as a bridge between regional and corporate marketing teams to balance opportunities with business goals
Champion Pax8’s brand identity across campaigns and channels
Attend industry events and thought leadership programs to stay ahead of trends
Requirements
3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
Proven success in GTM strategy, buyer persona development, and communication planning
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a cross-functional environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with tools like Wrike, Monday, or Asana
A growth mindset, adaptability, and a passion for learning
