About the role
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to tourism products and services.
- Provide detailed information about travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers in planning their trips, making reservations, and providing support during their journeys.
- Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and service improvement purposes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to identify opportunities for enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about tourism trends and product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong dedication to customer service and a passion for the tourism industry.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in tourism or hospitality, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work effectively in a remote environment.
- A proactive and friendly attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- **An enthusiasm for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.**
- **Must hold an EU passport.**
