About the role
- Interact with Croatian-speaking customers through various channels to address inquiries and provide support related to tourism products and services.
- Offer detailed information on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers in planning their trips and making reservations as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and service improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on tourism trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Croatian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong commitment to customer service and the ability to empathize with clients.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly within the tourism or travel industry, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Enthusiastic team player who contributes positively to team dynamics.
- A passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations is a plus.
- Must hold an EU passport.
