About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with information regarding home appliances, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service level targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
- A strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or home appliances, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team member with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece to embrace the cultural experience!
