About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with information regarding home appliances, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve service level targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
  • A strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or home appliances, is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team member with a positive attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece to embrace the cultural experience!
