About the role
- Deliver extraordinary customer support to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products and services, offering tailored solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system for a seamless follow-up.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting.
- Prior experience in customer support or retail, particularly with luxury brands, is a plus but not essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude with great attention to detail.
- Capacity to work effectively as part of a team.
- Robust problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for luxury products.
