About the role

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with hotel bookings, respond to inquiries, and resolve any related issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
