About the role
- Provide outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, offer product information, and resolve any issues related to tobacco products.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to help facilitate improvements in service.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues effectively.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while working from home.
