About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery orders, resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and service protocols.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated on your application.
- A strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
