About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims.
- Assist customers in understanding their policies and guiding them through the claims process.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry regulations and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Czech is required. Please make sure to indicate your nationality and native language in your application.
- A strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is necessary.
- Prior experience in customer support or the insurance sector is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
