About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in improving overall service quality.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product offerings and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or health-related fields is an advantage, but not required.
