About the role
- Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer detailed product information.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to aid in service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products, services, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language *must* be clearly stated in your application.
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
