About the role
- Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to tobacco products.
- Provide accurate information about product details, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner while maintaining high service standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system to keep track of feedback and service requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer service processes and increase customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing learning about tobacco industry regulations and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on satisfaction and client relations.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or product-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **An interest or background in the tobacco sector is a plus.**
- **Must hold an EU passport.**
