About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home entertainment products, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet service goals and improve the customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for home entertainment technology and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn about new products and effectively communicate technical information.
