About the role

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong enthusiasm for home entertainment technology and customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn about new products and effectively communicate technical information.
