About the role
- - Offer outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- - Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products and services, providing expert knowledge and resolution.
- - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about luxury brand offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- - Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- - A strong background or passion for luxury retail is highly desirable.
- - Prior experience in customer support, especially in a retail environment, is advantageous.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- - A proactive and professional team player.
- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- - Ability to handle high-end clientele with grace and discretion.
