About the role

  • - Offer outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • - Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury products and services, providing expert knowledge and resolution.
  • - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • - Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • - A strong background or passion for luxury retail is highly desirable.
  • - Prior experience in customer support, especially in a retail environment, is advantageous.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - A proactive and professional team player.
  • - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • - Ability to handle high-end clientele with grace and discretion.
