About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription plans, billing issues, and service features.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
